Description
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift or Schedule Requirements: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; flexible hours with required staffing from 9 AM-3 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient handling of onsite walk-ins from company members, providers, and colleagues
- Ensure a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere
- Greet members and troubleshoot inquiries
- Answer phone calls
- Perform general administration tasks
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience required
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in standard computer processing
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
