A company in Texas is actively seeking a hardworking and versatile professional to join their team in Houston as their new Front Desk Receptionist.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Day
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in actors, talent, vendors, and visitors
Support in-studio contract signing; collect required guest paperwork
Receive, log, and sort incoming packages, discs, and production materials
Keep front desk and hospitality/kitchen area stocked and tidy
Coordinate with studio leads on daily arrivals and schedule updates
Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a Front Desk, Customer Services, Hospitality, and/or Reception role
High School Diploma / GED
Previous experience with Administrative and/or Clerical duties
Computer savvy
Microsoft Office proficient
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Highly organized
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively

Desired Skills:

Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
Studio/Production experience
