We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Greeter to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on welcoming guests, opening the door for arrivals, and creating a positive first impression through excellent service and attentiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly as they arrive
Open the door for customers and assist with entry as needed
Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk presence
Answer basic questions or direct customers to the appropriate staff
Notify staff when customers arrive
Keep the front desk and entry area clean, organized, and presentable
Provide courteous, consistent customer service throughout the day
Qualifications
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and attentive
Ability to stand for extended periods
Previous customer service or front-facing experience preferred but not required
