The Running Backs Coach will develop student athletes in football skill, physical preparation, discipline, leadership, toughness, ball security, teamwork, and personal growth while using athletics as a platform for discipleship and character formation. The Football Running Backs Coach at FBA is responsible for leading the development of running backs within the football program in a way that reflects the mission, vision, and spiritual priorities of First Baptist Academy.
