The FOH Managers have the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a fast pace restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, and ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills and able to multitask extremely well. They should be able to make decision independently and willing to learn.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, deliver and/or serve items weighing up to 20-40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift
Ability to balance serving tray when transferring for food order
Ability to stand and walk continually throughout an 6-8 hours shift
Ability to bend, stoop and reach for products and items
Ability to work to various temperature environment, for example low temperature in the refrigerator and high temperature in the cooking area
Ability to clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Ability to work in loud areas, for example, the music for special performance and/or loud noise from the dishwasher machine
Ability to meet the needs of the restaurant and support hours of operation.
Education / Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent work experience
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
California Food Handler Certificate
Fluent in English / Preferred languages: Mandarin and Spanish

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for completing Performance Reviews and making recommendations for the promotion, hiring, and advancement of front of the house personnel. Once completed he/she will then forward all reviews and recommendations to the General Manager for final approval.
Responsible for the training, supervising, and termination of all front of the house personnel in conjunction with the General Manager
Oversees the Dining Room Area and the supervision of all Front of the House service staff in accordance with operating policies.
Responsible for ensuring that proper food handling procedures and presentation are being met by the staff.
Handle customer complaints.
Execute the general responsibilities necessary to minimize operating cost.
Responsible for estimating food and beverage cost and requisition supplies.
Responsible for scheduling Restaurant Staff in the Labor Scheduler on a weekly basis.
Responsible for forecasting labor cost for the Restaurant department and presenting those figures to the General Manager.
Ensures that Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, waiting section and overall facility cleanliness.
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
