Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus a half day remote on Fridays
A commercial fire protection company is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to grow its project business across the Charlotte region. In this role, you will develop new relationships, manage your own territory, and guide opportunities from first conversation through signed contract. It is a strong fit for someone with a natural sales drive who also brings the technical sprinkler knowledge to speak confidently with owners, contractors, and engineers.
Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative Responsibilities:
-Develop new business and grow relationships with building owners, end users, general contractors, and engineers
-Identify and qualify prospects, schedule sales calls, and follow up consistently on leads
-Travel throughout the Charlotte area to meet customers and visit job sites
-Understand each customer's needs and recommend sprinkler solutions that fit their specifications, code requirements, and budget
-Prepare quotes, proposals, and bids, including pricing and supporting cost justifications
-Negotiate and close quality fire sprinkler projects
-Manage an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
-Partner with branch leadership on strategy for key accounts and territory growth
Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative Requirements:
-3+ years of fire sprinkler sales or project management experience
-NICET Level II or higher in sprinkler layout
