Title: Financial NetSuite Manager
Salary: $115,000–$135,000 + annual performance bonus
Location: Boston, MA

Financial NetSuite Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as lead NetSuite administrator, including configuration, saved searches, workflows, reporting, roles, and permissions
• Manage finance system integrations, data feeds, troubleshooting, and data accuracy across multiple platforms
• Design and develop automation to streamline Accounting and FP&A workflows and reporting
• Build and maintain NetSuite scripts and workflows using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteQL
• Partner with IT on system security, segregation of duties, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, implementations, testing, training, and end-user support
Financial NetSuite Manager Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and integration experience
• Strong NetSuite expertise including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteQL
• Strong Accounting and Finance foundation across close, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience with financial planning tools and integrations such as Planful, Workato, Boomi, Celigo, or similar
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of financial data, internal controls, and segregation of duties
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field
