Job Details

Lead delivery of comprehensive accounting, financial management, and advisory services for family office clients
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and accounting operations for complex entity structures
Manage engagements involving partnerships, trusts, investment entities, and multi-entity family office structures
Serve as primary advisor and relationship manager for high-net-worth clients and family offices
Coordinate with tax, advisory, legal, and investment professionals to deliver integrated client solutions
Oversee onboarding and implementation of new client engagements
Lead deployment and optimization of accounting platforms including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and NetSuite
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI tools, automation workflows, and fintech solutions
Provide strategic financial guidance and operational support to clients and their advisors
Mentor, develop, and lead managers, seniors, and staff within the practice
Review engagement deliverables and ensure quality control standards are maintained
Manage staffing, workflow planning, project execution, and team utilization
Drive business development, networking, proposal support, and market expansion initiatives
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
Oversee accounting for alternative investments including private equity, hedge funds, and real estate holdings
Manage complex consolidations, reconciliations, and multi-entity reporting structures
Champion AI-enabled service delivery, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Stay current on accounting standards, regulatory changes, fintech innovations, and family office industry trends
