Financial Assistance Caseworker

Summary:

Identifies patients who may be eligible for financial and social assistance from various public agencies by assessing their financial and social situation, acting as a liaison between the patient, the family and public agencies, and documenting the assessment and approvals. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience includes 5 years Social Work or Public Assistance with a High School Diploma or 1 year Social Work or Public Assistance with a Bachelor's degree.
