Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and manage the monthly forecasting process by implementing technological improvements, validating key inputs, and maintaining communication with business partners.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to Resort Servicing Segments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills in both solo and team settings.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and report creation, with a proven track record of using complex functions to optimize processes.
• Experience in the Hospitality and Vacation Ownership industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Essbase is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
