Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee accounting operations and monthly financial reporting
• Manage grant accounting, compliance, tracking, and fund reporting requirements
• Monitor restricted and unrestricted funding to ensure appropriate allocation and reporting
• Support audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership

Qualifications for the Finance Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Experience with grant accounting, compliance, and financial reporting
