Key Responsibilities for the Director of Accounting Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
  • Manage financial reporting and month-end close activities.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and nonprofit financial reporting requirements.
  • Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to executive leadership.

Qualifications for the Director of Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Previous nonprofit accounting or finance experience required.
  • Experience in a Controller, Finance Manager, or Director of Finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Experience overseeing audits and internal controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Leadership experience managing accounting or finance functions.
