As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Foodservice Business Development Manager to join our team and drive penetration and growth within the foodservice channel.
The Role
Its the Summer of Hummus and we want you on the team. As a Little Sesame Field Team Brand Ambassador youll be front and center at hummus sampling events all summer long, bringing our brand to life through exciting modes:
Costco Roadshows: Join a crew for an intensive 4-day blitz inside stores, running back-to-back in-store demos and turning customers into hummus believers. Think fast-paced, high-energy, team-powered excellence.
Guerrilla & Local Event Marketing: Hit the streets, farmers markets, festivals, and community events to sample, connect, and grow the Little Sesame fanbase IRL, in your own city.
This is not a desk job. This is a summer outside, meeting people, sharing delicious food, and being part of something growing fast. If you love food, people, and a little bit of hustle, this is your summer!

A safe, responsible driver with a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Ready to dive into a small, scrappy, and delicious food startup with lofty goals.
Available for a dynamic summer schedule, including weekends.
Hours & Compensation
Hourly rate: $25-$30/hr for all activations and field marketing shifts, depending on experience.
Roadshow stipend: $300 per day for each 4-day intensive retail roadshow
Schedule: Flexible and dynamic, hours vary week to week based on events and roadshow schedules. Schedules are communicated monthly. This is not a set-hour role.
This is a part-time, contract position for Summer 2026, with potential to continue beyond.
