If you have experience managing a staff of production workers in a manufacturing setting this role is for you. You will be supervising the weld/grind/paint operations on 2nd shift. You will implement processes, train others, schedule employees and be responsible for the productivity of the group. Safety practices are also a part of the daily tasks.
