We are hiring a Founding Operations / Production Manager — a builder, problem-solver, and leader who can take sold jobs and execute them at a high level.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is not a babysitting role.
This is a build-and-scale operations seat.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Own the full production lifecycle from contract to completion
- Schedule and manage roofing crews and subcontractors
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard
- Perform job site visits and quality control inspections
- Manage budgets and protect job margins
- Handle escalations and resolve field issues quickly
- Ensure permits, supplements, and documentation are handled correctly
- Create and improve operational systems as we grow
