Work hours may occasionally vary to support project deadlines workload and operational requirements.Benefits Start First of the month following 20 calendar days from date of hire.What Youll DoLead commercial construction projects from startup through closeout.Develop and manage project schedules budgets and financial performance.Build strong relationships with clients contractors architects engineers and internal teams.Proactively identify risks solve problems and keep projects moving forward.Oversee contracts change orders project documentation and overall project execution.Ensure projects meet quality safety and client expectations.What Were Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced commercial project management professional who can confidently lead commercial construction projects drive successful outcomes from startup through closeout and is relationship driven.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field of study.Eight 8 years or more of construction experience in mechanical plumbingHVAC.Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods drawings specifications materials and applicable industry standards.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software such as AutoCAD Revit Bluebeam Procore and estimating platforms.Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and communicate effectively with others.BenefitsThis position is eligible for discretionary bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
