Executive Support Specialist (Av Focused)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide white-glove IT and AV support to senior leadership at our Houston headquarters. This role focuses on end-user support, executive meetings, and advanced audio-visual solutions, ensuring seamless technology experiences for high-profile users and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dedicated technical support to executives and their administrative teams
  • Manage and support board meetings, earnings calls, town halls, and executive-level events
  • Troubleshoot and maintain end-user devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, mobile devices)
  • Configure, support, and optimize conference rooms and AV systems (Teams Rooms, Logitech/Polycom)
  • Act as primary point of contact for executive IT/AV issues and ensure rapid resolution
  • Coordinate and execute multimedia presentations and video conferencing events
  • Provide training and guidance to executives on collaboration tools and technologies
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of IT desktop support experience, including 2+ years supporting executives
  • Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS devices, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Hands-on experience with AV systems, video conferencing, and hybrid meeting setups
  • Proven ability to deliver VIP/concierge-level technical support
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
Education:
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience required (Bachelor's preferred)
