Executive Director, Patient Care Critical Care Services (RN)

Seeking an accomplished Executive Director, Patient Care Services (RN) to provide strategic and operational leadership for critical care service lines. This senior nursing leader will oversee multiple patient care departments, drive quality and patient safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize operational performance, and lead the development of high-performing clinical teams.

• Master's Degree in Nursing required
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
• Strong critical care leadership experience required
• Previous Director or Executive-level nursing leadership experience preferred
• Extensive experience in ICU, Step-Down, or comparable critical care environments

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Ability to obtain required state licensure if not currently held
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

• Develop and execute patient care strategies aligned with organizational goals
