A leading AmLaw firm is seeking a 2-4 year associate to join its nationally recognized Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Attorney practice in Austin. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-performing team on sophisticated matters while building a highly marketable specialty.
What You'll Do
Advise clients on a range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters
Support work involving equity plans, executive employment arrangements, and compensatory partnership interests
Assist on ESOP transactions and related structuring
Work across a variety of corporate and transactional matters involving compensation and benefits considerations
Collaborate with partners and clients on complex, high-value engagements
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of legal experience in transaction work (experience in executive compensation, employee benefits, or related areas preferred)
Exposure to equity compensation, ESOPs, or executive arrangements is a plus, but not required
Strong academic credentials
Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills
Interest in developing deep expertise in executive compensation and employee benefits
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
