RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Superintendent in general administrative operations;
Develop and process confidential data and information regarding district operations, negotiations and
personnel management;
Perform administrate work at a high level with minimal direction and supervision;
Updates the District website as needed;
Perform in situations requiring specialized knowledge, using tact and good judgment
Prioritizes, composes, edits and formats documents on own initiative or when directed;
Identifies concerns, problems and complaints and provides direct assistance to the public, district staff
and the Board of Education;
Assists in the operation of the district's communication systems for emergency closings and general
inter-district communications from the Superintendent and the Board of Education;
Organizes, assembles, distributes and prepares the Board of Education agenda with supporting
documentation;
Prepares, publishes and arranges fir the approval of official minutes of the Board of Education;
Writes and monitors communications for and about the District as needed`++;
Attends and manages meetings of the Board of Education and any subcommittees;
Serves as liaison to the Board of Education;
Such other duties as may be assigned.
