    Our client, a growing private equity firm, is seeking a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant to support their Capital Partnerships team.     RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Answer and screen incoming calls with professionalism
    • Manage complex and demanding calendars, prioritizing conflicts with sound judgment
    • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and conference room logistics
    • Ensure Partners are fully prepared with materials and briefings ahead of meetings
    • Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, car services, and dining reservations
    • Process monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
    • Maintain and update contacts in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and organization
    • Handle minimal personal support as needed
    • Uphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment (ideally finance)
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
    • Punctual, dependable, and highly professional with a polished demeanor
    • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership of responsibilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Poised, tactful, and adaptable to changing priorities
    SALARY
    $125K base + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
    HOURS
    8:30am–5:30/6:00pm, with flexibility as needed
    5 days a week onsite
