We are looking for an office staff member with QuickBooks experience to handle a multitude of tasks including but not limited to the following:

Handle all administrative requests from President/Owner, including creating proposals or invoices on QuickBooks as needed

Manage incoming phone calls 


Collection calls and notations


Submitting invoices into customer portals


New vendor credit applications


New customer packets 


Handle all requests from customers & vendors such as COI’s, W9, Sales Exemptions

Submit draws for ongoing projects using G702 & G703 forms (experience preferred)


Request and verify employee receipts based on the monthly statements


Order office supplies


Retrieve and sort mail


Record and process daily deposits


Reconcile monthly bank statements, and credit cards 


File all incoming mail and printed invoices


Receive packages and drive forklift to unload deliveries (if needed)


Download all financial statements and upload them to shared file for accountant


Book travel when needed 


Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and office space as needed 

Run errands in personal vehicle as needed
