Junior Executive Assistant (On-Site | San Francisco, CA)
Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a fast-paced, high-energy professional services environment in seeking an experienced Junior Executive Assistant to support multiple senior stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
Track and submit expense reports (Concur or similar tool preferred)
Prepare, edit, and format presentations and documents (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF)
Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors
Support deal/process coordination, including reporting and database management
Assist with event planning and execution (client events, team functions, etc.)
Provide proactive administrative support with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of Junior Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level professionals
Experience in professional services, financial services, or real estate environments strongly preferred
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with expense management systems (Concur or similar) a plus
Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
Work Environment
100% on-site, 5 days/week (no remote flexibility)

Salary: $90k-$95K
