    Description

    A full-time Executive Assistant position is currently available with Liberty Healthcare’s Conditional Release Program.

    Responsibilities

    As Liberty Healthcare’s Executive Assistant your day-to-day work will involve:

    • Providing administrative support to the program’s leadership team and staff
    • Organizing client files
    • Calendar maintenance and scheduling meetings
    • Composing and editing memoranda and generating reports
    • Communicating with stakeholders
    • Billing, processing expenses, and financial recordkeeping
    • Petty cash management
    • Travel planning and facilitating arrangements
    • Assisting with various projects

    Schedule

    You will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

    Location

    You will work in-person, onsite at Liberty’s office at 3990 Old Town Ave., Suite B-206 / San Diego, CA 92110.

    Pay and benefits

    • $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)

    Qualifications

    You are a good fit for this role if you possess the following:

    • Five or more years of experience working in a professional administrative support role
    • Excellent time management, organization, computer planning/problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
