In this job, you'll provide high-level strategic, administrative, and operational support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Managing Directors within Human Resources (HR). This role serves as a trusted partner to HR leadership, enabling executive effectiveness by executing complex priorities through proactive calendar management, executive communications, meeting governance, project coordination, and confidential HR related support. The successful candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, organizational savvy, discretion, and attention to detail while navigating a fast-paced executive environment. They anticipate needs, identify solutions, leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, and ensure executives are prepared to lead effectively across the organization.
