POSITION OVERVIEW
Support the CEO across multiple businesses and real estate projects. Act as the central coordinator for executive support, staff coordination, recruiting support, vendor management, project tracking, property administration, and office operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and monitor projects, deadlines, vendors and contractors.
• Support hiring by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, onboarding employees and maintaining personnel records.
• Coordinate a small office staff of approximately 10-15 employees and help ensure accountability on assignments and deadlines.
• Maintain contract, renewal and compliance trackers.
• Support real estate projects, repairs, contractors and property documentation.
• Review invoices, proposals and payment requests before executive approval.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Executive calendar, email management, travel, meeting coordination and follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years supporting executives, business owners, office operations or small teams.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.
• Experience with bookkeeping support, AP/AR or vendor management preferred.
• Real estate, property management or construction coordination experience is a plus.
