Kforce has a client that is seeking an Executive Assistant I in Los Angeles, CA. Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant I to provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role is responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, expense reporting, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and meeting materials
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, responding or routing as appropriate
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and executive documentation
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track follow-up action items
  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase requests, invoices, and administrative reporting
  • Support special projects, departmental initiatives, and executive priorities
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams, customers, vendors, and business partners
  • Maintain office organization and assist with general administrative functions
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while handling sensitive and confidential information

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and executive communications
  • Experience with expense reporting, calendars, and document management systems
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
