Description
Executive Assistant Contract: 2 months to start, with potential for extension Rate: $37/hour W2 Location: New York, NY | Hybrid
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional telephone coverage, managing priorities and handling urgent calls with sound judgment.
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and rescheduling meetings, conference calls, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate large group meetings, including availability, meeting rooms, special facilities, confirmations, and meeting materials.
Arrange domestic and international business travel, coordinate out-of-town meeting schedules, and prepare expense reimbursement requests.
Communicate professionally with executives, clients, and executive assistants, serving as a key liaison.
Manage correspondence, documents, filing systems, and confidential files for managers.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information, respond to requests, and obtain services on behalf of executives.
Manage incoming mail and packages, including messenger and overnight delivery services.
Provide backup administrative support for colleagues and their managers as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common corporate scheduling/travel tools.
