Our client is a profitable, VC-backed startup transforming how high-growth founders scale their businesses.
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Facilitate effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations. Support project management and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation as needed. Assist with ad hoc tasks and initiatives to support the consultancy and strategy department.

A successful Executive Assistant should have: Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Experience with scheduling, travel arrangements, and executive-level support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
