Description
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure sensitive materials are safeguarded.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Monitor and manage expense reports, budgets, and invoices as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
- Assist with event planning and execution, both internal and external, as required.
- Support other administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the efficiency of the executive team.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as EA.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling and communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience providing executive-level administrative support within a professional setting.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
