Executive Assistant

Location: New York, NY (Fully On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $37-$40/hour during the 6-12 month contract period. Compensation will be renegotiated upon conversion to a full-time employee.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This individual will have exceptional organizational skills, exercise sound judgment, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting senior executives in the Bank/Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting
  • Screen calls, manage correspondence, and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Support department initiatives, meetings, and special events
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives within the banking or financial services industry (required)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with expense management systems (Concur preferred)
