A leading digital streaming network seeks an Executive Assistant I to support vendor setup and invoice processing for the division while assisting the SVP of the group with administrative needs and departmental project coordination.

Executive Assistant I Responsibilities:

• Manage all vendor setup for the division in Graphite.
• Process invoices and manage vendor communications in Fusion.
• Assist in coordinating various departmental projects as needed, including event assistance, creative services tickets, and formatting decks for communications with sales.
• Assist the SVP of the group with administrative needs.

Executive Assistant I Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word. Proficiency in PowerPoint is preferred.

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
