A growing organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Plan and organize meetings, business lunches, client events, and other executive functions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Maintain confidential files, records, and correspondence
- Assist with company meetings, special projects, and team events
- Provide general administrative support including document organization and record management
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals and provide backup support when needed
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive or administrative capacity
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
