    About the Role & Team:


    We are seeking a proactive and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to support the SVP, Enterprise Architecture & AI, within our Enterprise Technology organization. This role is pivotal to the success of the team, requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex and confidential administrative responsibilities with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a high level of professionalism, and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this position will serve as a backup to the Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO), ensuring continuity and excellence in executive support.

    What You Will Do:

    • Screen and prioritize incoming meeting requests, email, and calls

    • Manage complex calendars with the ability to coordinate evolving last-minute urgent meetings among executive teams operating across multiple time zones

    • Assist with general department tasks, including conference room requests, ordering supplies, coordinating general maintenance and upgrades for office equipment, mobile test phones, computers, kitchen duties, etc.

    • Own and update the organization distribution lists for Teams, Email, by geography and function

    • Provide office support such as, but not limited to, supporting location based events, completing expense reports, tracking organizational deadlines, ordering supplies for team as needed, handling IT and office services related matters, and serving as a point of contact for the team when needing answers. This person is resourceful and will find the answers to questions if they do not already know the answer.

    • Own the welcoming and on-boarding of new employees, obtaining resources, ensuring a smooth start.

    • Planning/Coordination of extensive travel, including international locations, visas, and passport updates.

    • Back-up the office of the CIDO as needed by providing vacation coverage and coordination when CIDO is traveling or as needed (package pick-up at front desk/coordinating visitors, etc)

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Ability to work across diverse teams with high quality and professionalism to internal and external team members.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to develop rapport with fellow executive assistants and Chiefs of Staff to support and balance critical business needs

    • Self-starter with ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and interested in contributing above and beyond the basic job duties.

    • Must be resourceful and comfortable independently navigating the unknown

    • Utilize critical problem-solving skills to work through challenges

    • Demonstrated ability to leverage sound judgment on behalf of the executive

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to adapt and strongly partner with various stakeholders

    • Ability to be pro-active, resourceful, flexible, and responsible.

    • Ability to effectively navigate a matrixed team environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High proficiency with tools such as: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Keynote, OneNote, and AI tools

    • Knowledge of Disney policies, procedures, compliance and regulations as put forth in the T&E policy and Employee Handbook

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $75,700.00 to $101,400.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
