As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help drive operational excellence across the organization.
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting
Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and off-site activities
Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders
Screen and prioritize communications, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives
Support special projects and assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information
Qualifications
3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar experience
Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Professional, resourceful, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting leadership teams within a technology or high-growth company
Exposure to project coordination and event planning
Familiarity with CRM systems, collaboration tools, and business operations processes
Compensation
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $51.00 per hour
