About Prospera Market Strategies

Prospera Market Strategies is the nation's leading administrator of market-based settlement solutions, overseeing approximately $1.6 billion in assets. Headquartered in Austin, TX, and backed by Centurion Investment Holdings and Origami Capital Partners, we unite two established product providers—Assura Trust and Structures—under a single, institutionally grounded platform.

Our innovative suite of products—Fee Structure Plus (FSP), Settlements Plus, and Growth Structured Settlement (GSS)—provides plaintiff attorneys and their clients with flexible, tax-advantaged, market-based alternatives to traditional annuity-based settlement structures. We exist to modernize settlement planning, empowering clients to protect and grow proceeds over time while maintaining the security and oversight that long-term financial commitments demand.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide elevated support to our Chief Growth Officer while also providing support to our Business Development and Marketing teams. This is more than a traditional administrative role—it's a strategic position that combines high-level executive support with meaningful exposure to business development and growth initiatives.

You'll be the organizational backbone of our growth-focused operations, ensuring seamless executive operations while actively contributing to the initiatives that drive Prospera's expansion. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at anticipating needs, and want to make a tangible impact on a company's trajectory, this role offers the perfect blend of support and strategic involvement.

  • Provide data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and support decision-making
  • Support additional executives and team members as needed to drive business objectives

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings end-to-end, including materials preparation and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the Events Planner on firm-sponsored events, providing logistics and on-site support

Office Operations & Administration

  • Oversee office operations including mail, shipping, and employee onboarding logistics (badge access, equipment setup)
  • Monitor office equipment and supplies, assisting with basic troubleshooting and maintaining functionality
  • Help maintain organized, professional shared office and meeting spaces
  • Provide backup support for fellow executive assistants
