Job Title: Executive Assistance Sales Program Manager

We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Executive Assistance Sales Program Manager in our Atlanta, GA facility. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a portfolio of strategic projects and programs. Lead the program teams working on various projects and ensure the implementation of program management strategy to successfully manage and deliver projects while meeting the cost, timescale, and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs.

Strategic Leadership

Partner with the Management team to identify scope and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals for both short to medium-term agendas. Translate these objectives into clearly defined project roadmaps with milestones, KPIs, and success criteria. Act as a thought partner for senior leadership on transformation, growth, and operational opportunities, supporting in bringing in structure.

Support and advise the CCO in shaping strategic decisions, sense-checking ideas, including driving key analyses for critical business decisions. Facilitate internal and external communications, management meetings, and Business Review Meeting presentation preparation and key management meetings.

Program and Project Management

Translate strategy into execution by overseeing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of key projects. Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and resolve escalation to ensure project success. Responsible for planning and designing of programs and monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action for major programs in line with overall business objectives and needs.

Group Guidelines and Policies

Prioritize and submit program plans and methodologies across a range of key projects. Lead project pipeline prioritization, review program management, and monitor progress and status. Ensure identification of risks and implementation of mitigation actions and resolutions in a timely manner. Periodically re-evaluate and adjust goals, ensuring alignment with concurrent projects and supporting the implementation of program results.

Performance & Impact

Define success metrics and oversee reporting on business outcomes, ROI, and performance improvement. Conduct post-implementation review to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement. Champion best practices across projects and functions to ensure continuous improvement.

Build Trust and Credibility

Build trust and credibility with executives, business unit leaders, and external partners. Administrative Support to CCO: Manage the meetings for NORAM Sales Management Team, Primary Liaison to the CCO managing all aspects of executive support, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related administrative tasks.

Manage the creation and distribution of NORAM Sales Management agendas, ensuring all topics are well-structured and aligned with organizational priorities. Coordinate all logistics and administrative requirements to enable smooth and productive NORAM Sales Management sessions.

Track discussion points, decisions, and follow-up actions for the NORAM Sales Management meetings, ensuring accountability across teams. Serve as a key liaison between Sales Management team members, facilitating clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications

College degree 3-5 years work experience in managing strategic projects Experience leading project teams in the development and implementation of strategic projects Strong analytical skills

Pay Range

$105,682.00 to $140,910.00 based on experience
