We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position requiring a self-motivated professional to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional planner and communicator, capable of managing complex schedules and administrative tasks with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across various time zones.
- Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Organise and facilitate virtual and in-person meetings by preparing agendas, distributing materials, and accurately recording minutes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening enquiries and handling correspondence with professionalism.
- Assist in the creation and proofreading of reports, presentations, and other important corporate documents.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Undertake special projects and other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to tasks and challenges.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism is essential.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
