Please apply now for immediate consideration or contact Ryan directly for more information.Job DescriptionThe Precon Manager will be responsible for:Lead preconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting through final proposal submissionDevelop accurate cost estimates and project budgetsCollaborate with operations, design teams, subcontractors, and ownership groupsParticipate in client meetings and project presentationsSupport business development initiatives and help secure new project opportunitiesEvaluate project risks, constructability concerns, and value engineering optionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partnersAssist in developing pursuit strategies for targeted projectsManage multiple preconstruction assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlinesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
