This campus serves elementary students with significant emotional and behavioral challenges who require intensive, integrated supports beyond the traditional school setting. The model blends evidence-based instruction, applied behavior analysis, and mental health services to create a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment focused on stability, skill-building, and successful transition to less restrictive settings.
The ESE Compliance Lead ensures all special education processes are compliant, timely, and aligned with student needs within a therapeutic campus.
· Oversee IEP development, implementation, and compliance
· Ensure adherence to IDEA, FAPE, and state regulations
· Lead IEP meetings and manage eligibility processes
· Maintain audit-ready documentation systems
· Train staff on compliance procedures
· Align IEP goals with instruction and intervention plans
· Serve as liaison with district ESE departments
· Classroom coverage, as needed
· Ensure service delivery matches documented IEP requirements
· Monitor timelines and proactively address compliance risks
· Support staff in accurate and defensible documentation practices
· 12-month salaried, on-campus through summer and when building is open, follows administrator schedule
· ESE Certification required
· Experience with IEP compliance and audits
School-based compliance leadership experience preferred
