You must be<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>actively working with real estate broker owners today<\/span><\/span><\/b>. This is required.<\/span>

You will be responsible to prospect real estate broker owners and corporates through in-market sales strategies consisting, but not limited to, sales calls, individual appointments, group meetings, and real estate trade shows. This includes engaging in a consultative sales process for a win-win partnership between us and the client. <\/span>

Your responsibilities will include:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

• Prospect real estate brokers and achieve revenue goals through leads generated for you and selective cold calls.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Sell our services and solutions using a consultative approach<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Maintain daily activity benchmarks including outbound calls and emails, prospecting, conducting business assessments and top to end funnel sales processes<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Become a valuable resource and partner to your prospects and broker partners regarding industry knowledge and happenings<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Attend real estate conferences, trade shows, and in person meetings to conduct presentations and meet prospects with the intent to increase broker base<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Act as a brand ambassador for company, representing the best interests of the company<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Continuously identify and recommend opportunities for improved efficiency within own responsibilities and Enterprise Sales Team processes<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Knowledge of buying signals and asking discovery questions<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Driven to be a success -- Whatever it takes to get it done, does not get discouraged easily<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Technology savvy -- Strong understanding of CRMs, transaction management, websites and social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.<\/span>
