Mpower is hiring a Team Lead to help guide, train, and support a small team while continuing to build strong customer relationships in the community. This is an opportunity to develop leadership skills, increase your income, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Lead by example by working directly with customers
Support and guide a small team of representatives
Help train new team members on communication and customer interactions
Assist with daily team check-ins and motivation
Ensure a positive and productive team environment
Contribute to team hiring and onboarding efforts
You’ll split your time between team support, training, and customer interaction, staying hands-on while building leadership experience.
What You'll earn
Paid every week — base + uncapped commission + team override bonuses
$2,000–$3,000+/week, with top team leads earning beyond that
Team override — earn on every deal your reps close, not just your own

Qualifications:
What we're looking for
1+ years in outside sales, field sales, or direct-to-consumer sales
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding personal targets
Natural leader — you coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
Strong communicator with a consultative, professional approach
Self-directed — you manage your day and your team's day
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
