    •   Apply deep functional knowledge across HCM, Financials, and Education applications — particularly within the PeopleSoft ecosystem — with the experience to recommend low-cost, long-term maintainable solutions.

    •   Deliver reporting expertise across diverse technology stacks, applying data warehouse theory and concepts; collaborate with end users to generate reporting artifacts and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

    •   Strong reporting background with working knowledge of data warehouse concepts.

    •   Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, developers, and executive stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    •   Prior consulting experience within Oracle's Government, Defense, and Intelligence (GDI) practice or similar federal environments.

    •   Experience with on-premises, cloud, and hybrid PeopleSoft deployments.

    •   Familiarity with federal learning-management use cases, compliance training workflows, and reporting requirements.
