Job Overview:
The Technical Product Manager/Senior Product Owner develops and implements strategy for the organization's product line and is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working with Product Owners, IT, and key stakeholders to align requirements against business strategy, product roadmaps, and value drivers. The role partners closely with engineering to ensure delivery of winning products, oversees roadmap development involving UX, operations, engineering, and finance, and reports on product performance using predictive data to ensure high-reliability standards.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the entire product management life cycle, translating business strategy into downstream product processes while ensuring all stakeholder features, requirements, and acceptance criteria support delivery and testing of new products and features.
- Leverage market research and customer feedback as inputs into the product roadmap to confirm market demand, ensuring product backlogs incorporate this data into prioritization processes.
- Define the product roadmap showing the value derived at each milestone, translating business strategy into workflows, user stories, and required features.
- Assist with go-to-market strategy and product launches, facilitating releases with product owners, engineering, and cross-functional teams while educating stakeholders.
- Facilitate marketing and stakeholder communications for all products with a clear ability to translate technical solutions into value propositions.
- Work with finance, where applicable, to define revenue drivers and pricing to ensure market competitiveness and financial profitability.
- Identify and document market information, including competitive analysis, threats, and trends to assist management and leadership teams.
- Execute technical product management duties for AI initiatives, creating and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and Kanban boards in Jira.
- Help with planning and execution for the internal AI platform, treating the internal team as the customer and capturing technical requirements.
- Apply SAFe Agile frameworks and product management practices to drive AI agents, chatbots, and Agentic AI solutions.
Education Level:
Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner.
- In-depth technical knowledge and background in AI technology and use cases such as Chatbots and AI agents.
- Demonstrated experience leading large AI initiatives or AI product portfolios.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, backlog creation and execution, roadmap development, and Jira Kanban management.
- Solid background in Agile SAFe methodologies.
- Healthcare industry background is preferred.
- Experience with the AWS technology stack is preferred.

- Certified Product Manager (CPM)-AIPMM upon hire preferred.
- Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM)-AIPMM upon hire preferred.
