Whether through employment, therapy, respite, or recreation, we're proud to help people of all abilities thrive. A Day in the Life of:As our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you'll serve as a trusted HR resource for assigned departments, providing guidance and support to both employees and leaders. You'll help create a positive workplace experience by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and HR programs. You will manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, support onboarding and orientation activities, and help foster employee engagement and retention through responsive, people-centered HR support. You'll handle employee relations matters with professionalism and consistency, assist leaders with performance management and employee development, and conduct stay and exit interviews to gather valuable feedback. Additionally, you will partner with Compliance and other departments to support audits, policy adherence, and risk management activities, while maintaining a strong on-site presence and collaborating with the HR team on initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen workplace culture. What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in HR or related field SHRM/HRCI certification preferred5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and talent managementStrong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and complianceExcellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to balance strategic priorities with operational needsExperience in fast-paced, evolving environmentsAbility to travel up to 25% based on business needs Why Join Us?Joining our team means having the opportunity to directly shape employee experiences while driving organizational success.
