This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. This temporary position is located in Smithfield, NC - Johnston County.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $24.41 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 1329 N. Brightleaf Blvd., Smithfield, NC 27577
As an Early Intervention Service Coordinator-the duties include working with families and providers to develop Functional Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), work with multidisciplinary teams to determine families' needs for support and services, conduct home visits, coordinator and facilitate services and transition planning; and participate in the authorization and monitoring of early intervention services.

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education, Psychology from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of professional experience working with the population served; or Bachelor’s degree in human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of professional experience working with the population served; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
