Position Summary
Shape the future of education technology as the Divisional Vice President, Business Manager - Education Communication Systems for Rauland. In this highly visible leadership role, you will own the strategy, growth, and performance of our Education Communications business, driving revenue expansion, market leadership, and customer adoption across the K-12 market. Leveraging your industry expertise and relationships throughout the education ecosystem, you will identify emerging opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate growth through innovative solutions that help schools create safer, smarter, and more connected learning environments.
As a key member of Raulands Senior Leadership Team, you will collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to shape the future of our education portfolio and deliver exceptional value to customers. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, this role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise strategy, champion innovation, and lead a business that is transforming communication and safety technologies for schools nationwide.
