Description
Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience in business analysis, data cleansing, and record deduplication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Immunization Information Systems (IIS) and public health registry platforms.
- Experience in data visualization, pattern analysis, and identifying duplicate record creation trends.
- Experience with managing hotline requests, processing data change tickets, and public communication.
- Experience in drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data quality governance models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute data cleansing and manual record deduplication across public health registry databases.
- Analyze patient demographic and vaccination datasets to identify, merge, or separate comingled records.
- Build and maintain Microsoft Access databases and Excel spreadsheets to audit data quality trends.
- Process official immunization record requests and data modification updates from external providers.
- Formulate standard operating procedures for data matching, record merging, and discrepancy resolution.
- Recommend technical enhancements to automated database matching and merging algorithm rules.
- Provide dedicated phone and email hotline support to resolve public data discrepancy inquiries.
