    Description

    Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary office work involving extended periods of computer use, reading, and document processing. Occasional lifting, carrying, and movement of records, files, and storage boxes (typically up to 25 pounds). Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and walking may be required to retrieve materials from file cabinets, shelves, and records storage areas. Occasional use of step stools or ladders may be required to access records stored on higher shelving. Work Environment: Primarily a climate-controlled office environment. Work may occasionally be performed in records storage areas, file rooms, or archive spaces to retrieve, organize, inventory, scan, or convert records. Use of document imaging, scanning, and media conversion equipment may be required. Limited exposure to dust associated with paper records and storage areas may occur. Minimal travel and no routine field or construction site work are expected.
