The territory for this position will be SWFL focusing on Naples (Collier County) & Ft Myers (Lee County).

Arthrex is searching for a District Sales Manager-Arthroplasty to manage and lead initiatives within our Shoulder, Knee, and Hip Arthroplasty product lines. The successful candidate will build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to help drive our strategies and continued market growth. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills in addition to five years or more of related experience and a bachelor's degree are essential for this position. Main Objective:
The District Sales Manager-Arthroplasty will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Shoulder and Lower Extremity Arthroplasty sales performance, surgeon engagement, product training, and strategic initiatives within the Arthrex Naples District.
This individual will partner closely with District Leadership, sales representatives, surgeons, facility administrators, and corporate Arthroplasty leadership to accelerate growth, drive new technology adoption, and establish Arthrex as the preferred arthroplasty partner throughout the district.
Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Strong knowledge of Shoulder Arthroplasty and Lower Extremity Arthroplasty procedures and technologies.
Strong understanding of orthopedic operating room environments and healthcare purchasing dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong business planning and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work with cadaver specimens and support educational laboratories.
